SKC was retained as an expert witness by the state of Arizona in a disciplinary action against a candidate for political office. This proceeding involved the proper and timely reporting of campaign expenditures. We analyzed a specified population of expenditures to determine whether such expenditures were supported by invoices or other documentation, were related to the political campaign and had been properly reflected in the campaign finance report in the appropriate reporting period.

We analyzed all expenditures made by this candidate during the election cycle to determine whether such expenditures were supported by invoices or other documentation, had a direct campaign purpose and had been properly reflected in the campaign finance report in the appropriate reporting period.
