ROBERT F.
COLEMAN, CPA
Rob, president of the firm, is an honors graduate from Babson College
in Wellesley, MA. He has been in the practice of public accounting since
1976. He specializes in the automotive industry; bankruptcy/receiverships;
construction; estate, gift and trust planning; insurance; U.S. tax aspects
of international transactions and international tax planning; litigation
support; manufacturing; mortgage banking; professional personal service
corporations; real estate sales and development; tax controversy matters; and
wholesale/distribution.
Rob's
bankruptcy experience includes being a Chapter 7 Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Phoenix, and
a Secured Creditor
Agent for the United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Tucson. Rob's
federal court receiverships involve various commercial and real estate
litigation matters. Rob has
significant experience in the area of federal and state tax controversy. For additional information, see the Tax

Rob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants. In addition, he is on the Senior Council of the Boys and Girls Club of Metropolitan Phoenix, as
well as a former member of the Lukesmen Committee for St. Luke's Hospital
and a former member of the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce.
