CRAIG A. KING, CPA

Craig attended Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He has been practicing public accounting since 1978.

Craig’s areas of expertise includes income tax planning for closely-held businesses and their owners; business valuations; estate, gift and trust planning; health care services; insurance loss litigation; law firms; litigation support; manufacturing; marital dissolution; professional service companies; real estate development, syndication and property management; tax controversy matters and wholesale/distribution.

Craig is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants (ASCPA), and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. In addition, he has been an ASCPA continuing education instructor and has written articles on financial and income tax matters for various publications.

In the community, Craig is a former board member, president and treasurer for the Crisis Nursery, is on the Arizona State University Sun Angel Advisory Council, is a member of the Arizona State University School of Accountancy Professional Advisory Board, and is on the Finance Committee of the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education.
